Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

skills.love is a Chrome extension that adds a heart to every skill on skills.sh so you can save your favorites. It is built to need as little of your data as possible: no accounts, no tracking, no analytics, and no personal information collected.

What runs locally

Everything. skills.love runs only on skills.sh and does its work entirely on your device. The skills you save and your theme preference are stored using Chrome’s extension storage and stay in your browser. Your browsing activity, the pages you visit, and the skills you view are never sent anywhere.

Network requests the extension makes

None. skills.love makes no network requests of its own — there is no server, no API, and no remote logging. When you open a saved skill or copy its install command, that is a normal link or clipboard action you initiate; the extension never phones home.

Permissions

skills.love asks for a single permission — storage — so it can remember your saved skills and theme between sessions. Its content script runs only on skills.sh and cannot see or touch any other site.

What we never do

Changes

If this policy changes, the update will be posted at this URL with a new date above. The extension’s source is public at github.com/stursby/skills.love, so every claim here can be verified in code.
